Cranberry and Pecan Slices
Ingredients:
unsalted butter for greasing
250g no-added-sugar muesli
75g dried cranberries
50g shelled pecan nuts, chopped
100g demerara sugar
3 tablespoons clear honey
2 egg whites, lightly beaten
175ml apple juice
