French Toast

Hi guys, ever had trouble making breakfast plans? Okay, well NOW you can make French Toast! It's really easy and super simple to make with only 5 ingredients! Check it out.

I've never cooked. I can't do much more in the kitchen
than make a cup of tea and some toast.
~ Ethel Merman

French Toast

2 eggs
4 slices bread
vegetable oil for frying
2 tablespoons milk
1 teaspoon sugar

Beat eggs lightly with milk and sugar in a large bowl.
Heat a little oil in a frying pan.
Dip the bread into the egg mixture and fry.
When one side is golden brown, turn the over and cook the other side.
Serve hot.
You can also add cinnamon powder, fresh fruits, honey or maple syrup.

It says here as a cooking tip, to use a non-stick frying pan to reduce the amount of oil you will need and to place cooked French Toast on a kitchen paper to drain excess oil.

Now, if you remember it from the last post, the cupcake ideas from Bittersweet. Note that these are sort of the chapter headings, so the names may sound a little weird, but I guess you could change them if you want. I find them pretty funny.

The pictures aren't the exact type of cupcakes in the description, but its more-or-less the same. So that's all for this week. I usually post stuff on Sundays. So come back soon, or browse through the other posts.    : D
